Hello, my name is Lelia Marino and I am a full spectrum doula, herbalist, and reiki practitioner located in Staten Island, New York. My motto is supporting you from womb to world, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic care for individuals and families during the journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a full spectrum doula, I support individuals through all pregnancy outcomes, including abortion and miscarriage. I also incorporate herbalism and reiki into my practice to provide physical and emotional support for my clients. I am committed to creating a safe and empowering space for individuals and families to make informed decisions and have a positive birthing experience.

Package A

Initial Video or In Person 60 minutes meeting 6 Prenatal Visits Customized Birth Plan with aromatherapy On call 24/7, 4 weeks before due date Ongoing Labor Support (will arrive to hospital when in active labor) 2 Hours of Postpartum Support in the hospital Breastfeeding Support 1 Inpatient Postpartum Visit (can be exchanged for add’l at-home postpartum visit) 2 At-Home Postpartum Visits Text/phone support begins as soon as contract is signed up to 6 weeks postpartum.

What to expect

As a doula, I offer a variety of service packages to support families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. These packages include two comprehensive doula service options as well as stand-alone hours for those seeking additional support. My stand-alone hours are available for a minimum of three hours at a rate of $75 per hour or $225 total. For those interested in my comprehensive doula services, please review the two package options below. I am also happy to tailor pricing to meet the individual budget and needs of each family. How much will services cost?

Pricing varies. You have two options to choose from or you can choose a la cart services. Payment plans are available. You can also use FSA. All payments are due by 34 weeks. $750 down payment at signing of contract. 1/2 due 1st prenatal visit - final due 2nd prenatal visit.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care plans

How do I obtain free birth & postpartum services?

Through the Citywide Doula Initiative. I will be able to refer you and be your doula. When you contact me, please state your interest in this program.

What proof of income is needed for free services?

Last or most recent paystubs, unemployment letter, letter from shelter or housing authority, WIC letter, or letter from support person.

How much does Lelia charge?

Lelia's Package B package is $2,490 USD, flat rate. Lelia lists 3 packages in all.
