Service introduction

We’re here to help your entire family navigate the early days with a new baby. Our postpartum care includes gentle support for the birthing parent’s recovery, newborn care assistance (feeding, bathing, swaddling), and light household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and meal prep. We also offer guidance and emotional support for partners, older siblings, grandparents, and other family members adjusting to this new chapter. Our nighttime doula services provide calm, reliable support during the overnight hours, helping families get much-needed rest and peace of mind. While you sleep, we care for your baby handling feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and monitoring, while also supporting breastfeeding or pumping as needed so you can recover and recharge. We provide a compassionate space for parents to share their feelings and concerns, offering empathy, active listening, and encouragement during the transition to parenthood. We also support physical recovery by regularly checking in and watching for any signs of complications—ensuring the birthing parent feels cared for and heard throughout the healing process.

Leticia was our night doula for 4 weeks postpartum. As first time parents, we didn’t know what to expect and were so glad to have Leticia’s help. She was so caring with our daughter. I felt at ease leaving her with Leticia while we got some sleep overnight. Leticia was flexible and willing to listen to our needs. She was knowledgeable with best practices for baby sleep habits and provided some well put together resources for us. Leticia was always punctual and had good communication skills. She is detail oriented and remembers everything we tell/ask her to do. She’s also willing to meet you where you are and adapt/change with the family/baby.

We worked with Leticia for 4 weeks after our baby’s arrival, and as first-time parents her support was invaluable. She was punctual, reliable, and respectful of our space, while offering practical guidance on newborn care, feeding, and sleep. What we appreciated most was her calm and reassuring presence—she made us feel safe and supported. Her tips and hands-on techniques gave us confidence and made a real difference in those early weeks. Whether it was soothing methods, feeding tips, or helping us recognize our baby’s cues, her guidance helped us feel more prepared and capable. We’re so grateful for her care and would highly recommend Leticia to any new family.
