What to expect

I offer two prenatal consultations where we are able to connect and get to know each other, establish your desired birth plan, and discuss the process of working together! I will provide valuable information and resources to support your informed decision-making and offer a comprehensive holistic health and lifestyle assessment, enabling us to identify areas for optimizing your pregnancy and birth experience. This also includes holistic nutrition and low toxic lifestyle coaching. At this time, I will also answer any questions or concerns you may have. Within this package, you will find a range of services tailored to meet your unique needs. During your birth, I will provide constant birth support in any birth environment according to your plan. I will also provide two postpartum appointments to check up on you and your new little addition, and offer any breastfeeding and emotional support at this time, as well as any resources and information you may need.

This consultation is simply meant for us to meet face to face, get to know each other, talk about what you envision for your birth and see if we connect! This is where you can decide if I am the right fit to support your family. I will send you home with some resources and handouts and you can take a week to decide if you would like me to support your birth!
