Hello! I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving Union County, Charlotte, and surrounding areas. I feel honored to accompany you on your birth journey and to support you through the wonderful, sometimes challenging, moments that follow.

Birth Doula
*Lets chat over a free 30 minute consultation before signing anything to make sure that this is the perfect fit for you.
* I’ll be available to you through text, email, and call the moment we both agree to work and for 2 weeks after your birth.
* You will receive 4 hours of prenatal visits virtually or in person, your choice.
* I'll be available 24/7 through text, call, and email during the 2 weeks leading up to your due date.
* I’ll join you on the onset of active labor and stay for 30 minutes after delivery.
* When possible, I’ll capture moments between you, your support team, and the baby.
* You’ll receive 1 hour of postpartum visit to help with infant feeding, infant care, and your own recovery and adjustment.

Perfect for a last minute doula booking
* If possible, lets hop on a quick call to see if we are a good fit
* I’ll be with you throughout active labor and stay 30 minutes after delivery.
* If time permits, I’ll capture the interactions between you, your support team, and the baby.
* You’ll receive a brief follow up call 24 hours after delivery.

* Let’s meet to discuss any expectations and ideal postpartum plan prior to birth
* If the baby is already here, no problem, I’m ready to jump right away!
* I’ll provide light housework such as laundry, snack preparation, infant bottle cleaning (if applicable)
* I’ll keep other children entertained.
* I’ll be able to assist and guide with infant care (sleeping, diaper, bath, swaddling, lactation support, ect.).
* Anything else you may like to discuss or concerns. No topic is too personal or embarrassing. We will address them together.
