Tina Montalto, IBCLC, LMT, CST Tina Montalto is an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and licensed massage therapist dedicated to supporting families through all stages of the infant feeding journey. With over a decade of experience in the mother-baby field, she provides comprehensive lactation care through her private practice, offering both in-home and telehealth consultations tailored to the unique needs of each family. Tina completed her lactation training at the University of California, San Diego and holds massage therapy certification from the National Holistic Institute. She brings a unique, integrative approach to her work by combining clinical lactation expertise with therapeutic bodywork—particularly for prenatal, postpartum, and infant clients. She is also certified in manual lymphatic drainage through Klose Training, providing additional support for postnatal healing and wellness. Heather Kleinhans is a faith-driven wife and mother. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from Arizona State University in 2010 and has worked in the therapy world, building her specialized clinical skills through continued education and service in efforts to support pediatric clientele with orofacial myofunctional and feeding disorders. She worked as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California for over 10 years, and in Arizona prior to that. Her passion was fueled by her own struggles with myofunctional and feeding disorders and her family’s experiences with delays and disorders. As a lifelong lover of learning and having seen firsthand how these delays and disorders impact quality of life for so many families, Heather continued her education and training as an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Infant-Toddler Feeding and Tethered Oral Ties Specialist to support families during the beginning of their life journey. Observing there was still a gap in support for families, she also became a (FDD) Certified Faith Driven Childbirth Educator and Doula with additional specialized (NDA) NICU Doula training and (C-ND) Certification.
