As a mom myself, I understand how overwhelming feeding decisions can feel, and I believe every family deserves individualized support without judgment or pressure. What to expect

My specialty is providing personalized lactation support for parents who are navigating breastfeeding, pumping, and combination feeding. I have a particular passion for supporting exclusive pumpers and helping families find a pumping routine that is comfortable, effective, and sustainable. I can also provide guidance with milk supply, flange sizing, pump settings and troubleshooting, bottle feeding, and transitioning through different stages of the feeding journey. My approach is practical, supportive, and judgment-free, with the goal of helping each parent feel confident in their own feeding plan.
