I’m passionate about helping families feel confident and supported throughout their feeding journey—whether you’re preparing for breastfeeding, navigating challenges along the way, exclusively pumping, or simply looking for guidance and reassurance. As a mom myself, I understand how overwhelming feeding decisions can feel, and I believe every family deserves individualized support without judgment or pressure. My goal is to provide evidence-based, compassionate guidance that meets you where you are and works for your unique situation. I offer virtual lactation support with a special interest in pumping and helping parents create a feeding plan that feels sustainable and realistic for them.
