When we work together it will be a team approach. I may be the expert on sleep, but you are the expert on your child. We will work to create a plan that works for your child's personality and age as well as your parenting preferences. I am a parent, just like you. I understand the love you have for your child and I want you to feel comfortable with the process that we establish.

What to expect

I provide sleep support from newborn babies up to adolescence. I work to provide easy to follow coaching for parents to gain the confidence to help their child learn healthy sleep skills. My methods will meet parents with their parenting preferences and include support, answers to any questions and encouragement along their journey to meet their goals.

Does sleep training mean cry it out?

While making big changes to your child's sleep routine will likely include some amount of crying, my goal is to minimize the amount and duration of tears during the process and allow for you as the parent to support your child in a way that feels comfortable to them. In short, no. I will not ask you to leave your child to cry alone while learning sleep skills.

How long does the process take?

Each child differs in how quickly they adapt to their new sleep skills. My goal is for parents to see improvement in the first week and meet their sleep goals within the 3 weeks of our coaching.
