You are a powerful human and GOD designed you perfectly. So deep down inside you know exactly what to do. I love helping moms find the confidence to birth autonomously through education and empowerment. After my 3 unnecessary cesareans, I decided to become a doula. When I found out I was pregnant with my 4th I told myself I was going to have a natural birth, even though every doctor and midwife in my area told me I couldn't. And boy did I prove them wrong with my VBA3C. So that's why I'm here, I want to help you have a beautiful empowering birth like I did. I know it's possible because I just did it!

I offer birth/postpartum doula support I attend all types of birth and all locations including free birth. I also offer placent encapsulation and childbirth education. As a doula I will be there to advocate for you and to offer my support. A main goal is to discuss your birth options and work to create a birth vision and written plan. Other topics of discussion include hospital protocols, your birth rights (as I have extensive knowledge on birthrights), your partner’s role, and emotional processing that is coming up as the birth gets closer. As it gets closer to the big day you will feel so confident in you choices. During labor we will work to keep you comfortable through various relaxation techniques, changing positions, creating a calm and quiet atmosphere, and more. As a doula, I can help prepare you for your birth and can cover how you are feeling on all levels, how you are eating, drinking, and moving your body, any complaints or issues you’re experiencing, and any topics that are feeling relevant to you.
