My nipples are very elastic, I eventually get numb with multiple flange styles, milk stops flowing unless I use very firm breast compression, and my daily output has fallen despite frequent pumping. Baby hasn’t latched since the first couple weeks.

hospital birth budget <1800 birth plan: vaginal, avoid vaginal tear, I would like to get an epidural , delay cord clamping , want skin to skin right away, want to start breast feed right away

Wondering how to maximize my output. I had a breast reduction 13 years ago and am only getting around 20ml per pump. Would prefer in person visits but open to virtual after the initial visit.

21 weeks pregnant with my fourth- have never breastfed. I tried with my first but immediately got mastitis & needed emergency surgery which very my scared me off. I want to learn & know more about breastfeeding & if I’m even able to or am a good candidate. I really want to try to breastfeed this time around. I have Medicaid.

I’d like a lactation consultation to help while pregnant and postpartum.

Hospital I’m not sure just yet Birth plan: work in progress At least 5 years experience

My newborn is 5 days old. Her latch was terrible at the hospital and caused sore nipples. Were day 5 and I have tiny little blisters. She seems to latch well at first, then it gets shallow and my nipple comes out like lipstick. I’m currently pumping in lieu and feeding formula, but I’d love to fix her latch and get her back on the breast asap! Please help. Would love in person visit if possible and hopefully covered by my insurance.
