I have been supporting pregnant people for 18 years. I began my journey shortly after my own firstborn came peacefully into this world and the passion was ignited! I studied to be a midwife (CPM) with a number of excellent mentors and qualified in 2011. I have worked in both home and hospital settings as a doula and an excited to now be supporting this community of Clallam County. I am currently only working as a doula (non-clinical support).

Amanda is nothing short of amazing. She served as my doula for our third child, born in 2015 in Kenya. Giving birth seemed daunting at first, but Amanda's confidence, skill, and calm demeanor made everything easier. From the moment that I found out that I was pregnant, she was a source of advice and a trusted confidant, answering my questions and addressing any concerns that I had. When it came time for the birth, our little one was very reluctant to come into this world, but Amanda made the whole experience more positive. She advocated for us with hospital staff and doctors, allowing me to focus on my body and child. Of course, she was also by my side throughout the experience, offering encouragement and even some laughs. After the birth, Amanda continued her high level of care with post-partum wellness checks for both me and baby. We were very grateful to have her with us during this journey. Her dedication to me and our family is still something that I look back on with great fondness.

I have had three experiences through Celebrate Birth! A birth center, home birth and prenatal only (due to a low lying placenta). They have been truly the most amazing care providers I could have dreamt of! They feel like family and I look forward to every time I get to use them! Knowledgeable, family like, care for everyone and pour into our family. They truly care about you and your growing family.

Hello, my name is Bashy, and I am a passionate and certified doula dedicated to supporting individuals and families through the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. My role as a doula is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to each client's unique needs. I am trained in techniques that promote comfort during labor, such as breathing exercises, positioning, and massage, and I strive to create a calm and empowering environment for birthing individuals. Beyond labor support, I offer guidance during the prenatal phase, helping families prepare for the birthing experience and navigate any concerns. In the postpartum period, I assist with recovery, breastfeeding, and adjusting to life with a newborn. What inspires me most about being a doula is the privilege of witnessing the strength and resilience of birthing individuals while contributing to their positive birth experiences. I am committed to fostering trust, respect, and confidence, empowering families to make informed decisions that align with their values and preferences.

I’m Connie Lambeth, a Certified Professional Midwife and Licensed Midwife. My love of birth started as a preschooler — when my mother asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up — I knew I wanted to catch babies. I had the ability to receive midwifery care during both of my pregnancies and births, and postpartum experiences. Directly benefitting from midwifery care lit the fire in my life of what is possible for individualized holistic healthcare. I’ve been professionally involved in birthwork since 2015, first as a certified doula and Hypnobirthing childbirth educator, and now as a midwife. I earned my midwifery degree from the National College of Midwifery based out of Taos, NM, and studied my hands-on learning over an intensive two years. I had the honor of apprenticing with two home birth midwives in the Madison area, and at a high volume out-of-hospital birth center in Milwaukee under the guidance of five midwives and one physician. Before becoming a midwife, I was a teacher (I’ve taught early childhood to adult learners, from Public to Montessori), with a Master’s Degree in Educational Research. As a lifelong learner and experiential educator, I see pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting as life’s greatest experiential lessons. Although I don’t teach in a classroom anymore, I use my background as a teacher, educator, and researcher to help families to make informed choices and feel supported while they grow. I’m committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in my practice of culturally competent and comprehensive midwifery care. I value each individual navigating their childbearing year tremendously and strive to do everything I can do to support them in reaching their goals. Helping individuals and their families during one of the most influential transitions of their lives speaks to my values and most natural skill set: compassion, empathy, and openness.

With years of experience as a midwife and birth professional, I support families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a holistic, grounded approach that honors both physiology and personal choice. Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, birth center delivery, medicated or unmedicated experience, my role is to help you feel fully prepared — physically, emotionally, and mentally — for the birth you desire. My pregnancy bodywork sessions are designed to support optimal fetal positioning, pelvic balance, and nervous system regulation. When the body is aligned and tension patterns are released, babies can settle into ideal positions and labor often unfolds more smoothly. A regulated nervous system allows you to feel safer, more present, and more empowered — which can significantly impact both birth and postpartum recovery. In addition to hands-on bodywork, I offer comprehensive childbirth education that prepares you for the realities of labor, informed decision-making, partner support, and postpartum recovery. My goal is not to push a specific birth path, but to equip you with knowledge, confidence, and tools so you can navigate your experience feeling supported and in control. I bring both clinical insight and steady presence. I understand the nuances of hospital systems and home birth environments, and I help families advocate for themselves while staying connected to their intuition. Birth is a rite of passage — and preparation matters. When your body is balanced, your nervous system is regulated, and your mind is informed, you enter birth grounded and ready. It is an honor to walk alongside families as they prepare to welcome their babies and step into parenthood with confidence.
