At Nurtured Nest Doula Care, we believe every family deserves compassionate, continuous support throughout birth, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood. We offer clear, flexible payment terms and accept select insurance plans. Our most inclusive, full-spectrum support from pregnancy through early parenthood. Includes: Up to 12 Prenatal & Postpartum Visits total, customized to your goals: Prenatal Visits: Birth plan design, comfort measures, and body/mind preparation. Postpartum Visits: In-home recovery care, newborn soothing, light chores, errand assistance, and family meal prep. 1 Dedicated In-Home Lactation Consultation: Hands-on feeding assistance, positioning/latch support, or pumping setup. Continuous Birth Support: On-call availability starting at 38 weeks, plus continuous in-person labor and birth support.

Comprehensive prenatal and postpartum guidance paired with dedicated labor support. Includes: 6 Prenatal & Postpartum Visits total (tailored to your preference) Continuous physical, emotional, and advocacy support throughout labor and birth On-call availability 24/7 starting at 38 weeks

Hourly Postpartum, Night Nanny & Daily Care

Flexible in-home care for families needing extra hands during the day or overnight. Investment: $40 / hour (Minimum hour commitment applies) Includes Your Choice Of: Night Nanny Services: Overnight newborn care, soothing, bottle feeding/bringing baby for nursing, and resetting baby supplies so parents can get restorative sleep. Postpartum & Home Support: Nourishing family meal prep, running essential errands, light household chores (dishes, baby laundry, tidying), and gentle recovery assistance. Lactation & Feeding Support: Guidance with chest/breastfeeding, pumping schedules, and bottle feeding

We strive to make quality doula care accessible and stress-free: Retainer Fee: 50% deposit due at the time of commitment to secure your spot on our calendar. Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due by your 37th week of pregnancy. Flexible Payment Plans: Customized installment plans are available upon request prior to 37 weeks.

Medicaid Accepted: We are an enrolled provider with Michigan Medicaid (MDHHS) and accept coverage through affiliated plans (e.g., Priority Health, Meridian, Molina, Aetna Better Health). Private Insurance / Reimbursable Services: We provide detailed Superbills (with standard CPT and diagnosis codes) for you to submit to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement. HSA / FSA Eligible: You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for all birth, postpartum, and lactation services.
