I began this journey as a postpartum doula and eventually realized my passion was helping families reach their lactation and feeding goals. As a lactation consultant I can assist with prenatal education, all things breastfeeding and pumping related including flange fitting. I can help with latching, positioning and all sorts of breastfeeding challenges including nipple pain, engorgement, milk supply and introducing bottles and returning to work. I became a parent in 2020. This birth was difficult, but it didn't have to be. The Pandemic heightened my feelings of confusion and loneliness during my pregnancy and birth, and I longed for a community of support.
