Hi, I’m Mersadies 🤍 I’m a stay at home mom myself, and I’ve always had a natural heart for caring for others—especially other moms. I believe motherhood isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’m drawn to natural and holistic choices, but more than anything, I believe moms should feel empowered to trust their own intuition and do what feels right for their family. As your postpartum doula, I want to be that calming, supportive presence who helps you breathe a little easier. Whether that means caring for baby while you shower or nap, preparing a light meal, washing bottles, folding baby laundry, tidying up, or simply sitting with you and listening—I’m there to make your day feel a little lighter. No pressure, no judgment—just genuine support, encouragement, and an extra set of hands during such a special season of life. 🤍
