About me

Hi there! I’m Michelle! I’m a fellow home birth mama to four amazing children. I believe birth should be gentle, undisturbed and transformational for mothers and their families. Nurturing mothers during birth and postpartum is the foundation for how they are able to connect with their families and themselves. We are rewriting the patriarchal narrative, women need to serve women above all else. It’s important to know that as your doula, I strive for a friendship, not a business agreement. I’m so excited to meet you!

Hi!! Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Here is a simple breakdown of what I can offer you but it’s more about what you personally want or need because every family has their own specific ideas of the care that will help them most. You choose if you want birth or postpartum support! Pregnancy: - prenatal visit(s) - 24/7 virtual support Birth: - on call after 37 weeks - support at either at hospital or at home - relaxation techniques - advocacy -photography -full labor support Postpartum: - 2-3 visit depending on your needs - Keeping a positive environment to aid in the bonding experience - coaching dad - other offerings such as a meal, massage, sitz bath, placenta prep for smoothies (home birth clients) -light household duties such as cooking, laundry etc - assistance with older children - plus more services that are agreed upon Overnight nanny care: - monitoring sleep - diaper changes and feedings - soothing and comforting -plus more services that are agreed upon
