About me
I became passionate about birth the moment I found out I was pregnant with my first. Deciding to go through natural childbirth was something I always knew I wanted to do and having a doula by my side, as part of my birth team, allowed me to feel supported and grounded. It inspired me to want to be a doula for other mothers, and provide a sisterhood-connection with mothers experiencing labor. I am honored, and blessed to do this and strive to be there for women who are looking to be intentional about their birth experience.

Service introduction
I believe most mothers can birth naturally without foreign hands intervening, if they have a support team who is like minded. My services are rooted in timeless, woman-centered care. I approach this work with deep respect for the natural design of motherhood, honoring your instincts, your baby’s needs, and your family’s values.
