As a doula, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through a wide variety of birth experiences, including inductions, unmedicated and medicated births, cesarean births, VBAC/TOLAC, and high-risk pregnancies. I especially enjoy working with Spanish-speaking families and helping bridge language and communication gaps so that they feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care. My approach is warm, calm, educational, and judgment-free. I believe there is no single “right” way to give birth or navigate postpartum. My role is to help families understand their options, advocate for their preferences, and feel supported in the decisions that are right for them. In addition to my work as a birth and postpartum doula, I am currently furthering my education by completing certifications as a Newborn Care Specialist and Infant Sleep Consultant.
