I am a Full Spectrum Doula and yoga instructor who specializes in supporting whole family units through the transition of a new baby in the home. I have extensive experience with working in private homes and with all ages. I recognize the enormous transition that a family experiences when welcoming a new baby and am here to provide care and support in whatever way a family needs.
