I am a mother of four and love helping new moms as well as experienced moms have a smooth and healing postpartum experience. I have experience with breastfeeding (having breastfed all four babies as well as exclusively pumped) as well as how to overcome nursing strikes and bottle preference. I can teach new moms infant care - breast or bottle feeding, diaper changing, swaddling, bathing, safe sleep, introducing solids, tummy time and onto toddler care and beyond. I enjoy cooking and preparing nourishing postpartum meals that include milk-boosting superfoods, food rich in minerals and vitamins that postpartum moms need as well as comforting foods that will help moms feel taken care of. During my postpartum experiences, I focused on nutrient dense soups, stews, broths and teas and can offer this service to my clients as well. And as my kids got older, I read all the parenting books as well from French parenting to simplicity parenting.
