Hi! I’m Tonika, the heart behind "Crowned in Creation Birthing Services". I'm a mother of three beautiful children and an early childhood educator for over 20 years. I was born in New Orleans, and I've lived in Memphis for 17 years before moving to Orlando, Florida a little over 3 years ago. I will be serving in the Orange County area. As a Certified birth and postpartum Doula, I am passionate about supporting mothers and families through one of life’s most sacred journeys—Birth💗 I believe every mother deserves to feel empowered, informed, and deeply cared for during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. My role is to provide emotional encouragement, physical comfort, and evidence-based guidance while honoring each family’s unique culture, values, and choices. Birth is powerful, and I am here to walk alongside you with love, strength, and compassion while helping you step into this moment crowned in confidence and creation.

Birth Doula Services

Experience calm, confidence, and continuous support from pregnancy through postpartum. My Birth Doula Package provides emotional, physical, and informational care to help you feel empowered and nurtured every step of the way. Package Includes: Prenatal Support Two in-depth prenatal visits (in-person or virtual) Birth planning guidance and education Assistance creating your personalized birth preferences Phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy Labor & Birth Support On-call support from 37 weeks until your baby arrives Continuous emotional and physical support during labor and birth Comfort techniques: breathing, massage, positioning, and relaxation Partner support and guidance during the birth process Advocacy and reassurance in hospital, birth center, or home settings Postpartum Care One postpartum visit to discuss your birth experience and recovery Breastfeeding support and newborn care tips Emotional check-in and community resource referrals Bonus: Birth affirmation cards and a postpartum care guide to help you prepare and heal with intention.
