About me

Hi! I’m Tonika, the heart behind "Crowned in Creation Birthing Services". I'm a mother of three beautiful children and an early childhood educator for over 20 years. I was born in New Orleans, and I've lived in Memphis for 17 years before moving to Orlando, Florida a little over 3 years ago. I will be serving in the Orange County area. As a Certified birth and postpartum Doula, I am passionate about supporting mothers and families through one of life’s most sacred journeys—Birth💗 I believe every mother deserves to feel empowered, informed, and deeply cared for during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. My role is to provide emotional encouragement, physical comfort, and evidence-based guidance while honoring each family’s unique culture, values, and choices. Birth is powerful, and I am here to walk alongside you with love, strength, and compassion while helping you step into this moment crowned in confidence and creation.
