Hello everyone, my name is La'Cara Miles-Chandler but I go by Cara. I am a Certified Birth Doula and specialize in Placenta Encapsulation. For experienced moms seeking personalized doula support during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Targeted more to moms who already have a clear understanding of the birth process, their choices, and how they plan to manage the birth. -Detailed intake and review of medical history of mom to be -1 in-home prenatal meeting of 1-2 hours with an experienced doula or doula pair -Remote support developing a detailed and effective birth plan for use with the medical team during labor and delivery -Unlimited on-call support by phone, text, or email from retention until doula arrives to support the birth -Up to 14 hours of in-person experienced doula support during labor, delivery, and post-partum with additional hours possible at $40/hour -Photography during labor and delivery if desired -1 in-home post-partum visit of 1-2 hours

Plus Support Package (Client Favorite)
For first-time moms to be, VBAC, or situations where the family may need experienced doula support during pregnancy and the entire birth process. Targeted to moms who want full support, including extensive prenatal consultation, and who anticipate needing 14 hours or less of labor and delivery support. -Detailed intake and review of medical history of mom to be -2 in-home prenatal meetings of 1-2 hours with an experienced doula or doula pair -Full support developing a detailed and effective birth plan for use with the medical team during labor and delivery -Unlimited on-call support by phone, text, or email from retention until doula arrives to support the birth -Up to 14 hours of in-person experienced doula support during labor, delivery, and post-partum, with additional hours possible at $40/hour -Photography during labor and delivery if desired -One in-home postpartum visit of 1-2 hours
