Hi, I’m Phadiziana (Lulu) Smith-Whiteside, the founder of Becoming Mommy Birth and Beyond I’m a birth and postpartum doula passionate about supporting mothers and families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey with compassionate, evidence based care. I believe every mother deserves to feel informed, supported, heard, and empowered throughout her experience. My goal is to create a calm, safe, and judgment free space where you feel cared for every step of the way. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or growing your family, I’m here to provide emotional support, comfort measures, education, encouragement, and reassurance during one of life’s most transformative moments. I support all types of births and honor each family’s unique preferences and goals. It would truly be an honor to walk alongside you during your journey into motherhood.
