Howdy! I’m Rachel! I’m a wife and mom of 2. I’m a c section mama and a VBAC mama. As a birth doula, I am dedicated to offering emotional and physical support during your labor and childbirth journey. My focus is to ensure you feel empowered, informed, and cared for throughout the birthing process.

Service introduction

I am trained to provide nonjudgmental physical and emotional support and encouragement to women throughout the birthing process! I do everything in my power to ensure that mom is fully informed and that her birth preferences are heard and valued. I offer non-judgmental support, guidance, evidence-based education, comfort measures and other practical hands-on support during childbirth. Includes 2 prenatal appointments and birth consultation.

Full Support
My full support package includes the following: - free consultation -2-3 prenatal appointments with me - help writing a birth plan - help working through all the medical jargon in the decision making process - starting at 37 weeks, i will be on call for you. You call me day or night and i will drop everything to help you and come to your labor/birth - i will be at your labor and birth. Helping with labor positions, ensuring you are fully informed in your decision making - i will stay about 1 hour after baby is born to help you get settled - a post partum visit to help you process your birth and answer any questions you have
