About me

Hi my name is Rachel. I am a postpartum doula certified with Doula School International. I live in the Sherwood Park area of Alberta, Canada. I am married and have four children ranging from ages 15-24. I am a Christian and I am passionate about the importance of children having lots of nurturing and love (you can't spoil a baby). I understand there is a lot to learn for new moms (I wish I knew more with my first one) and they need a lot of support to keep healthy in body and mind especially in the first couple months. I enjoyed breastfeeding all my children and feel like you should too if you can. I have a lot of info and experience on that matter. Considering some of the things I encountered in my experiences I would sure love to be of help to someone to make their road a little easier.

Service introduction

My services include breastfeeding help, light housework, light meals, someone to listen to you and look after baby so you can have some time to look after yourself. I provide info on services and goods in the area that you may be interested in. I support you and make you feel comfortable in any way that I can so you can feel more confident and relaxed in anything to do with baby.
