At The Pregnancy Bar, we offer elevated, full-spectrum doula care designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Our team — led by a nurse-midwife and supported by labor & delivery RNs — blends clinical expertise with deeply personalized, continuous support. We also provide expert lactation support to help you feel confident and at ease with feeding your baby, whether you’re preparing during pregnancy, getting started after birth, or troubleshooting challenges along the way. From birth planning to in-home postpartum care, we provide a calm, informed, and advocacy-driven experience so you feel confident, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way. We have two convenient locations in Birmingham and Northville, and are proud to serve families throughout the surrounding areas.

We offer full-spectrum doula care designed to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with both clinical insight and deeply personalized care. Our team is uniquely led by a nurse-midwife and supported by labor & delivery nurses, allowing us to provide evidence-based guidance, hands-on support during labor, and in-home postpartum care. We’re there for birth planning, continuous labor support, and helping you recover and adjust once you’re home. Our approach is calm, advocacy-driven, and fully centered around your vision — whether you’re looking for foundational support or a more concierge, in-home experience. Had an amazing experience here! Was feeling nervous about my pregnancy and wanted an additional ultrasound to ensure my baby was doing okay. Facility was so nice and clean!
