Im planning to give birth at home and im having my first child

I am looking for a midwife to do a homebirth. I have a 16 year old that I birthed completely naturally, but in the hospital. It was a very easy birth, only 5 hours. I would like the midwife to take insurance. I live in cortlandt manor, NY. I am just 6 weeks pregnant.

I would like to give birth at home but live in a basement apartment so I may need to find a birthing center. I have medicaid insurance and would love someone covered but am willing to pay 4.5k for the midwife and doula. I want a no-intervention birth with Ina Mays style of positioning. I'd like to incorporate hypnobirthing as well. Definitely don't want an epidural or to be induced.

I am pregnant after two consecutive miscarriages two years ago. Have a fear of loosing this pregnancy. I have had two healthy vaginal births, Those children are 10 and 14. I do not have a budget.
