I have been teaching somatics for over 12 years throughout my local Salt Lake City community. I acquired my BFA in Modern Dance and Education from the University of Utah in 2009 and shortly after gained my yoga teacher training in Hatha and Prenatal Yoga. I am a certified DONA Birth and Postpartum Doula, an ICEA accredited childbirth educator, parenting group coordinator, mental health advocate and community organizer. I work with the Breezy Babies team of amazing lactation consultants doing in home visits in a 30-mile radius from Kaysville and telehealth visits in every state. I teach a prenatal breastfeeding class once a month and host a breastfeeding support group twice a month, both of these are in Kaysville. Helping families is my passion!
