Hello! I'm Kaytalyn Winston, Certified Birth, and Postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Support Educator, Childbirth Educator, and Newborn Sleep Consultant. My passion for birth began through my own motherhood journey. I am the mother of two beautiful children, my daughter was  born at a birth center and my son was born at home. Experiencing the power, beauty, and transformation of physiological birth firsthand deeply shaped my view of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. My experience of being fully held and supported by a doula myself ignited a love and drive for supporting women as they navigate their own journeys into motherhood. In addition to my personal birth experiences, I have also had the unique honor and privilege of serving as a surrogate for a close friend. Walking through pregnancy and birth from both the perspective of a mother and a gestational carrier has given me a profound appreciation for the many different paths families take to welcome a child. I believe that every mother deserves to feel seen, supported, informed, and honored throughout each stage of motherhood. Dr. Megan is a neurologically-focused chiropractor and IBCLC specializing in prenatal and pediatric care. With five years of experience as a family chiropractor, she has dedicated her career to supporting families through every stage of infancy and childhood. Dr. Megan combines her passion for chiropractic care with her commitment to helping mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals. Her journey in healthcare began at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota, where she became a chiropractor. After several years of practice, she identified a critical need in her community for specialized support in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care. This led her to further her education and earn her IBCLC certification, allowing her to address common breastfeeding challenges effectively. Dr. Megan employs gentle, neurologically-focused adjustments to alleviate tension in infants caused by the stresses of birth. She understands that issues like poor latching and feeding difficulties often stem from tension in the upper neck, jaw, and cranium. By providing safe and specific chiropractic care, she helps babies achieve a deep latch, enabling them to breastfeed efficiently and effectively. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Megan enjoys exploring the beautiful Utah mountains. I have been teaching somatics for over 12 years throughout my local Salt Lake City community. I acquired my BFA in Modern Dance and Education from the University of Utah in 2009 and shortly after gained my yoga teacher training in Hatha and Prenatal Yoga. I am a certified DONA Birth and Postpartum Doula, an ICEA accredited childbirth educator, parenting group coordinator, mental health advocate and community organizer. All of the diverse education and training, as well as years of experience, provided me the space to confidently educate the community of expectant parents during their reproductive years, while simultaneously providing unbiased evidence based care. I believe that guiding people to fine tune their own personal intuition and strength allows them to live a happier, well balanced and meaningful life.

Hey there! I’m Holly and I’m a registered nurse and lactation consultant in Northern Utah. I work with the Breezy Babies team of amazing lactation consultants doing in home visits in a 30-mile radius from Kaysville and telehealth visits in every state. I’m able to bill many insurances, so most of my clients receive free visits! I teach a prenatal breastfeeding class once a month and host a breastfeeding support group twice a month, both of these are in Kaysville. Helping families is my passion! I specialize in bottle refusal, oral restriction assessments, efficient pumping, and providing inclusive, nonjudgemental care.
