Passionate about evidence-based care, I guide new parents to trust themselves as they learn newborn care and healing techniques. A fierce protector of the sacred window after birth, I pride myself on blending into each mother’s village and strengthening it from within. Service introduction

As your postpartum doula, my goal is to guide you and your village through an intimate transition with grace and joy. My priorities are always to give families the space to bond and form connections with their new baby, heal in the ways most comforting to them, and learn without judgement so that when my time with a family comes to an end, they emerge more confident in their skills as new parents. My support is completely tailored to each family I work with, setting clear goals and identifying new ones along the way--for some, breastfeeding is of utmost importance, for others, babywearing and bonding is pinnacle, and many parents find their goals along the way! I'm happy to be part of that journey with you, however it looks.
