I truly believe the support of a new mother starts during pregnancy and through the first year postpartum. I am a first generation Latinx woman and use the pronouns She/Her/Ella. I primarily grew up in Whittier, CA, but spend several years in Nayarit, Mexico. I am married with 3 beautiful children of my own.
