Hello, I’m Rosalie Chases & I am a postpartum doula serving the San Diego area. I have three children of my own & I absolutely love the work I do! I am trained through Dona International & Carrot eligible.

We truly cannot put into words what Rosalie meant to our family during those early newborn weeks. She came into our lives at a time that felt overwhelming, emotional, and exhausting, and somehow brought a sense of calm, confidence, and steadiness that we didn’t know we needed so deeply. From the very beginning, we trusted her completely. The way she cared for our baby was so gentle, intuitive, and full of love, it felt like he was safe with someone who truly saw him. She didn’t just help us get through the nights, she helped us become parents. She guided us through feeding challenges, soothed him through the hardest moments, and taught us how to better understand and care for him. Her presence made everything feel more manageable. We were counting down the minutes until she would come. She was also incredibly intuitive when it came to me. She could sense when I was feeling overwhelmed or unsure and always met me with reassurance and guidance. Whether it was encouraging me to call the pediatrician when something didn’t feel right or simply reminding me to trust myself, she supported me in a way that went far beyond just caring for our baby. Saying goodbye to her was incredibly hard. We genuinely had to brace ourselves for it that entire week. There is something so special, and honestly emotional, about watching someone love and care for your baby the way Rosalie did. It’s not something you forget. We are forever grateful for her. She made one of the most vulnerable seasons of our lives feel supported, safe, and even beautiful in moments. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her, and we will always hold her in such a special place in our hearts.

My journey to becoming a mother was not easy. I had two very different and difficult births that taught me a lot about myself and the challenges of childbirth. My first birth was a long and exhausting labor that ended in an emergency cesarean. I felt scared, helpless, and disappointed that I couldn’t have the natural birth I wanted. My second birth was a planned cesarian, I felt unprepared, anxious, and overwhelmed by the intensity of the experience and felt guilty for not trying to deliver naturally. Both of my births left me feeling traumatized and in need of healing. These experiences made me realize that there is a gap in the traditional healthcare system when it comes to supporting mothers during birth. I felt that I didn’t get enough information, education, or emotional support from my providers, and that I had to advocate for myself and my baby. I decided to become a doula to fill that gap and to help other mothers have a better birth experience. As a doula, I offer personalized and continuous support to mothers before, during, and after birth. I help them prepare for their birth, cope with their pain, communicate with their providers, and celebrate their achievements. I want every mother to feel empowered, respected, and joyful during their birth.

Doula Laci is an amazing doula for all birthing people regardless of birth plan! Many other doulas I’ve met have pushed an exclusively “natural” birth plan but that doesn’t work for all bodies or families. Laci is amazing, understanding of multiple birth experiences and needs, and a deeply empathetic individual. You couldn’t find a better doula for your birth.

Hello! Are you looking for in home Childbirth Education or Postpartum weekend support? Thank you for looking at my profile. I'm excited to learn all about you and how best I can support you! I have worked as a Nanny for 17 years and I'm a mother to 4 of my own who are now adults. I work with a local postpartum doula agency but I am able to take clients that I meet on my own. Like you! I am registered on Trustline with a clean background, and CPR certified. I have completed 2 DONA workshops, Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula, but still working on my certification. I am a certified Childbirth Educator through Cornerstone Doula Training. The services I provide are: *Childbirth Education from a physiological standpoint and evidence based information. *Postpartum Doula support for overnights or daytime schedules. What that includes is a list created with you. Like many of us who have decided to become Doulas, I would like to provide the support and resources that I would have enjoyed. I have vivid postpartum memories of struggling to get through each day while absolutely sleep deprived and so stressed that I'm doing everything wrong. My goal is help you rest, feel nourished, and supported! I know that each parent and family are unique! My goal is to learn from you how can I support you. I'm not going to walk in assuming that I know how you feel or what your needs are. Every person is different! I feel each birthing and postpartum person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. My fees are on the lower end than those you find with Doulas and Childbirth Educators with experience specific to birth work. Thank you for reading! I look forward to working with you.

Hello! My name is Jessica—also known as Jess or Jessie—a birth doula proudly supporting families across Temecula and San Diego. My journey into birth work has been deeply personal, as I became a mother at seventeen and just recently welcomed a new baby to my family last summer. Born and raised in southern Illinois and married to my wife who grew up in Israel, I blend Midwestern warmth with global perspective in every birth I attend. Having experienced motherhood as a teenager and supporting my wife through her cesarean journey, I understand firsthand the many ways birth can unfold. My mission is to empower and uplift women of all ages—whether they choose home birth, a birth center, or a hospital setting—and to honor every birth story with compassion, respect, and celebration. I’d be honored to support you on yours.

Recent review

Jessica was a major reason why I was ultimately able to accomplish my goal of an unmedicated birth with my first baby! Her pre-birth sessions really helped prepare us for what to expect at the hospital and the birth plan she made for us helped keep the medical staff aligned with our goals. In the delivery room, no offense to my husband who was great too, but it was so valuable to have her by my side during labor especially when the nurses weren’t in the room. She kept me confident in achieving my goal even when I thought about asking for medication. She has visited several times after birth and has been so generous with her time, expertise, and even amazing cooking! We still keep in touch to this day. I highly recommend working with her!

I am a second-generation doula with a passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum! I am a trained as a birth doula through DONA International, and am certified for postpartum care through DNT Network. I am also privileged to be apart of the wonderful team at Leilani’s Wellness Center and Breastfeeding Fixers. With an undergrad in Early Childhood Development, I combine my educational background (I am a huge nerd!) and passion (with a huge heart!) to provide gentle guidance and care.

Recent review

I can’t say enough good things about Megan—she was an absolute godsend during the postpartum period. From the moment she walked into our home, she brought a calm, nurturing presence that made me feel supported, seen, and truly cared for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of our space and routines, and seemed to intuitively know what I needed—whether it was a warm meal, help with the baby, a listening ear, or just some time to rest. Her gentle guidance helped me build confidence as a new parent, and her emotional support was just as invaluable as her practical help. I always felt safe and never judged, which made a huge difference during such a vulnerable time. I’m so grateful to have had her by my side in those early weeks, and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through without her. Highly, highly recommend her to any new parent looking for compassionate and professional postpartum care.

I am a certified postpartum doula. I’m here to provide non judgmental support and help families navigate in the fourth trimester. I have 5 years experience working with families. Experience with twins, NICU babies, lactation support, sleep shaping.

Recent review

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tiffany for postpartum doula support, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her care and expertise. As first-time parents, we were navigating unfamiliar territory and looking for someone who could guide us through the early days with our newborn son. Tiffany exceeded every expectation. She supported us in so many important ways—from troubleshooting feeding and gas issues to helping establish healthy sleep habits (as much as possible with a newborn!). Her guidance gave us the confidence we needed as new parents, and her calm, reassuring presence was invaluable. Tiffany cared for our son twice a week for several hours at a time, giving both mom and dad a chance to rest and recharge. Beyond caring for our baby, she was also a tremendous support to me as a first-time mom. Her thoughtful check-ins before and after the birth made me feel genuinely cared for, and she consistently encouraged me to prioritize rest and recovery during those crucial early weeks. Tiffany is both professional and deeply compassionate. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for postpartum support—you’ll be in the best hands.

I live in OC with my three amazing children! If I’m not at a birth, you will find us at the beach surfing, playing, and enjoying the outdoors. I fell in love with all things birth when I became pregnant with my 1st child in 2008. As an avid reader and researcher, I made it my goal to learn everything I possibly could about the biology and physiology of birth, and how to have optimal health during and after pregnancy for both me and my baby. Like many first-time moms I have worked with, I had hesitations about giving birth to my 1st baby outside of a hospital setting. After all my research, classes, and conversations with midwives, I gained confidence in aiming for an unmedicated birthing experience. I found some lovely midwifes who had a midwifery ward in a hospital and gave birth to my 1st son unmedicated. Twenty-four hours of intense back labor from a posterior-positioned baby …but, I did it! My body actually did it! After birthing my first, statistically knowing it was the most challenging and longest labor, gave me confidence to choose home births for my second and third children. I had a successful home water birth with my second child and wanted to repeat that with my third. However, while laboring on the toilet with him, I suddenly dropped to my knees when he began to crown, and he became known as my bathroom floor “butter birth” baby :). Though I chose unmedicated births for myself, I do know it is not for everyone, which is more than OK! I quickly learned from my role as a doula that every woman’s body, medical history, and background are uniquely different. Many factors play into choosing the right birth for you. I am here to come alongside you, help you make an informed decision, and then support you every step of the way. I offer very personable and compassionate care. My approach is non-agenda-based, trauma-informed, and holistic-minded. No matter your history or past experiences, I am here to be a safe place for you. I will help educate, support, and advocate for you and your personal wishes. I look forward getting to know you and building a trusting relationship to where you feel 100% comfortable having me by your side for one of the biggest days of your life. 🙂 I am here for you! I have always had a passion for working with children and families. I grew up on a small island in the heart of the Florida Keys. From an early age, I began babysitting and nannying. Once I graduated from high school, I decided to major in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and returned to the Keys to teach elementary school. For 10 years, I worked with many families and children of different ages and abilities, including those with special needs. During this time, I also began practicing yoga and as cliché as it may sound, yoga changed my life. It has provided me with an outlet to focus the mind, control the breath, and explore and appreciate the body. I decided that I wanted to share the powerful and lasting benefits of this practice with others. I have studied hatha, vinyasa, yoga philosophy, meditation, standup paddleboard yoga, and pregnancy + postnatal yoga. It was during my pregnancy + postnatal yoga training that I became interested in becoming a doula. I felt compelled to find a way to provide much needed support for individuals and families before, during, and after birth. I decided then, to pursue a new life and career path. I trained through DONA International to become a certified birth and postpartum doula. I have taken various additional trainings such as Body Ready Method®, Spinning Babies® workshops, rebozo techniques, LGBTQ+ family equality, Spinning Babies® certified parent education, basics of breastfeeding, and infant first aid and CPR. I am committed to using my experience, knowledge, and ability to hold space to provide unbiased informational, emotional, and physical support that empowers you to make the right choices for yourself and your family.

We chose Shaina based on her previous reviews and were especially drawn to those that mentioned her expertise with difficult births and her ability to slow things down and success avoiding C sections with healthy births. We delivered our IVF pregnancy on April 2026 and remain so grateful Shaina was part of our journey and birthing team. She was available for all questions both before and during the birth. She was the expert in our corner for all medical decisions going into our 39 week induction and made us feel 100% confident in the decisions we were making. During the birth, I could not be more grateful for the focus and support Shaina provided. Once things got going, she immediately told us she was the only voice we needed to focus on and she would translate and pass along everything the medical team was saying or asking. She kept my wife so focused and calm the medical team had to come running because labor moved along so much faster and efficiently than any on the team expected. I strongly believe Shaina made pushing and active labor so manageable our healthy baby came many hours earlier than all predictions. She is the calming voice and empathetic expert you need in the room and I would highly recommend Shaina to anyone on a pregnancy journey.
