I have been working in women's health for over 25 years, first as a nurse, and now as a certified birth doula and childbirth educator. After having 6 home births of my own, I knew that I wanted to help other families have beautiful birth & postpartum experiences. I used Hypnobirthing methods for all of my own births. In 2011 I was trained as a (DONA international) Doula. Since then I was trained in Hypnobirthing methods, Belly binding, Abhyanga massage, natural doctoring, and other holistic practices. My former work were group homes, foster care, caregiving, cna, rna, respiratory care, management, and hospice care.
