Hi, I’m Beth…a DONA-trained Birth & Postpartum Doula with a heart for empowering women and supporting families as they grow. While I may be “newer” to the formal doula world, my passion and experience run deep. For decades, I’ve walked alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and the tender early days of parenthood—helping mamas feel seen, supported, and confident in their strength. I’m the proud mother of one amazing adult human who has flown the nest to the fresh air and beauty of the NC mountains. My journey into birth work began more than twenty years ago during my own pregnancy, when I discovered the transformative power of being truly supported and held in that sacred season. Since then, I’ve continued to learn and grow—earning my B.A. and M.Ed. in Education and gaining a wealth of hands-on experience nurturing families and little ones. My deep interest in natural health, social–emotional development, and attachment has inspired me to pursue further training in infant mental health, dyadic relationships, children’s yoga, and herbalism. I believe in caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and in meeting each family exactly where they are. When I work with families, my goal is to hold space for birth and postpartum experiences that feel calm, connected, and empowering. I blend evidence-based practices with a gentle, holistic approach that honors each mother’s intuition and journey. One of my favorite quotes beautifully reflects what I believe: “Whenever & however you give birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your body, & your spirit for the rest of your life.” ~Ina May Gaskin

Beth provided doula services for our first labor that was intended to be a home birth but turned into a hospital transfer. Beth was great and stuck with us for the whole entire 3 day process. She checked in multiple times before labor started as well and was super thorough with making sure she undersetood my husband and I's desires for our birth. During the actual labor Beth was great support to not only me but my husband as well, trying to protect our energy as much as she could, and during our transfer, Beth was super encouraging and made me feel supported even though it wasn't in our original birth plan. Thank you again Beth, we are so grateful for you!

Hi, I'm Toni! I am a postpartum doula and experienced infant care provider with years of hands-on experience caring for babies and supporting families. I am also the mother of six children and the proud grandmother of a little girl, so nurturing babies has been a meaningful part of both my personal and professional life. I own and operate a licensed 5-star childcare program, where infant care has always been the area I enjoy most.. My approach is calm, nurturing and dependable. I have experience with feeding and bottle preparation, diapering, soothing, safe sleep practices, infant routines and supporting parents as they adjust to life with their baby. I am now expanding my professional focus into newborn and postpartum care throughout the coast, with the goal of specializing in the first months of a baby's life. I am especially interested in providing daytime (weekends only), evening and overnight support that allows parents to rest while knowing their baby is being cared for with patience and attention. I believe every family deserves support during the postpartum period, and I would love to learn more about your family's needs.

I had a wonderful experience with HumbleWombs. She made me feel so relaxed during the mist of my labor. She advocated for me and made sure it was about what was best for me during my pregnancy and labor. She spent lots of time with me after my labor and supported me through breast feeding. I couldn’t have asked for a better DOULA. Nas❤️

Hello! My name is Bree, and I am a professional nanny and Certified Governess with nearly 30 years of experience caring for children and supporting families. I am especially interested in overnight newborn and infant-care positions, as caring for little ones during their earliest stages of life has always held a very special place in my heart. I have approximately 28 years of professional infant-care experience, in addition to seven years serving in a church nursery. Throughout my career, I have cared for newborns and infants in private homes, supported families through important developmental milestones, and built meaningful, lasting relationships with the children and parents entrusted to my care. For almost three decades, I have dedicated my professional life to creating loving, nurturing, and developmentally stimulating environments where children’s natural curiosity is encouraged, their individual gifts are celebrated, and their young minds and hearts are given the opportunity to explore, discover, grow, and flourish. I am a graduate of the English Nanny & Governess School and hold a B.A. in Religion, cum laude, from Capital University, where I was a member of the Honors Program. I am also CPR, First Aid, and AED certified and serve as a CPR/First Aid instructor. I understand that welcoming a newborn is a beautiful but often exhausting experience. My approach to overnight care is gentle, attentive, patient, and reassuring. Whether feeding, changing, soothing, rocking, or settling a baby back to sleep, I strive to create a peaceful, loving environment where little ones feel safe and secure. Equally important, I want parents to enjoy the restorative sleep and peace of mind that come from knowing their baby is in experienced, capable, and genuinely caring hands. I believe exceptional childcare is about much more than meeting a child’s immediate needs. It is about nurturing trust, respecting each family’s parenting philosophy, celebrating the smallest milestones, and becoming a dependable, compassionate extension of the family. I would absolutely love the opportunity to connect with families seeking overnight newborn care, night nanny services, or ongoing infant-care support. I am particularly interested in consistent overnight positions and would be delighted to learn how I might support your family during these precious early months. Warmly, Bree Certified Governess | Professional Nanny | CPR/First Aid Instructor

We trusted Bernadett with our first, and she's the reason we didn't think twice the second time. When we found out baby #2 was on the way, there was no search, no comparing, no interviews. We just called Bernadett. That says everything. A second baby is a whole different experience. You're not just recovering and caring for a newborn, you're also trying to keep life steady for the little one who's already here. Bernadett understood that without us having to explain it. She stepped in exactly where we needed her, so we could rest, heal, and still give our older child the attention they deserved during such a big change. What stood out most this time was how she supported our whole family, not just mom and baby. She brought calm into a house that could easily have felt chaotic, and somehow made everything feel manageable. Having her there again felt like having someone in our corner who already knew us and genuinely cared. If you're expecting your first, your second, or beyond, Bernadett is the one you want. We're so grateful she's been part of both of our babies' first chapters.

Hiring her as both my birth and postpartum doula was one of the BEEESTT decisions I made for my family. From the very first meeting, she made me feel truly heard, respected, and supported. Throughout my pregnancy and labor, she honored every decision I made, kept me informed every step of the way, and brought a calm, steady presence that helped me feel safe and comfortable, even in the most intense moments. After our daughter arrived, she cared for her with so much love and tenderness. I trusted her completely from day one and never hesitated to ask her anything. She's warm, easy to talk to, and never once made me feel judged. She's incredibly knowledgeable, deeply kind, and the definition of professional. I'm endlessly grateful she was part of such a special, life-changing time for us. If you're looking for a birth doula, a postpartum doula, or support with anything in between, look no further. You'll be in the best hands.💛
