My Degree background is in Midwifery, and Health Psychology with a concentration in Maternal Child Health. I have served thousands of families of diverse populations over the years- working in and out of a hospital setting here in Tampa Bay, and also working in the community as the lead clinical lactation specialist at Champions for Children’s (Baby Cafe) program of Hillsborough County, before opening Tampa Breastfeeding Center. My journey started many years ago with my own three children struggling with feeding, and in particular, my daughter who was tongue tied.
