About me
Hello families, my name is Seirra Haynes and I am a full spectrum doula in training located in Ottawa, Ontario. I have always had an interest in Child development and a passion for supporting the families in my community, whether that was in the school environment or in a daycare centre. Coming from a background in Child and youth care, I believe that support should be a collaboration with the community, tailoring the approach in order to meet the needs of the individual. In my practice, I believe in creating a warm and collaborative space that is non-judgemental and supportive.

-Assistance with caring for baby, meal prepping, light housekeeping, comfort measures.

The Nighttime Doula
Nighttime doula package includes
-Caring for baby during the night so parent(s) can get a much needed rest.
Maximum 8 hours (e.g. 10pm-6am)
