Hi , I'm Shericka Seymour- Saunders, a trained postpartum doula with a deep passion for supporting families through the Sacred fourth trimester. I hold space for healing and transition by offering nurturing, intuitive support tailored to each family's need. This support may look like newborn care, emotional checkin, preparing sitz baths, gentle belly binding to support your body healings, babywearing guidance, and more. Serving families in New York City , I provide in home visits and virtual postpartum doula services where needed. Sacred Start

1 week ( 3 visits) 2-3 hours per visit This one week offering is designed to gently support you or ease you into the fourth trimester. This package inclued newborn care, emotional support,one sitz bath, light meal preparation, baby wearing ,lactation support. You will also have access to text support in between visits.

Nourished Nest

2 week( 6 visits) 2-3 hours per visit This two week offering is designed to help you feel truly nourished and held. This package includes newborn care, emotional support, 2 sitz bath, baby wearing, lactation support, errands, belly binding, meal preparation each visit, light tidying and 24/7 text support.

$950 USD · Flat rate

Sacred Rest

I offer care for your little one through the night so you can rest and recharge for the approaching day. During overnight visits, I tend to your baby with gentleness and understanding. My shift time would be 10pm to 6am.
