Hi , I'm Shericka Seymour- Saunders, a trained postpartum doula with a deep passion for supporting families through the Sacred fourth trimester. I hold space for healing and transition by offering nurturing, intuitive support tailored to each family's need. This support may look like newborn care, emotional checkin, preparing sitz baths, gentle belly binding to support your body healings, babywearing guidance, and more. Serving families in New York City , I provide in home visits and virtual postpartum doula services where needed. It is an honor to be apart of your journey as you heal , bond , and venture into parenthood.
