My name is Hart Williams and I am a yoga teacher, reiki master and doula in Sioux Falls, SD! I work with the body’s innate intelligence to help you find your most aligned healing modalities, tap into your inner strength & create a sacred space of zen within your physical being.

I’m Emily Carlson: a wife, a mom of four, a nurse, a doula, a photographer, and someone who knows just how powerful it is to feel supported through birth and beyond. I became a doula because I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and held during one of life’s most sacred transitions. Birth isn’t just about bringing a baby into the world, it’s about stepping into a new version of yourself, and no one should have to do that alone. My background as a nurse shaped my understanding of the physical side of birth, but it was my own experiences that stirred something deeper, a calling to offer the kind of emotional, informational, and hands-on support that makes all the difference. I’m here to walk alongside you with calm confidence, fierce encouragement, and a deep respect for your story. And when I’m not supporting births, I’m often behind the camera, documenting the real, raw, and beautiful moments that come after, because every part of the journey matters.

Bailey’s passion for birth work began after her own long and traumatic first labor, when her daughter was born unresponsive and fear filled the room. In God’s mercy, He restored her life - transforming what began in trauma into a testimony of redemption. That moment opened Bailey’s eyes to just how miraculous pregnancy and birth truly are and ignited a calling to walk alongside other families during one of life’s most vulnerable and transformative seasons. As a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, proud girl mom, and passionate follower of Jesus, she is honored to offer a calm, confident, and faith-filled presence - whether your birth takes place at home or in a hospital, medicated or unmedicated.

As a certified doula and lactation educator, my services aim to empower families to have the pregnancy and birth of their choice and to feel supported every step of the way. Hello! I'm Candi and I'm a birth doula, pre & perinatal massage therapist and bodyworker, childbirth educator, and movement specialist. I originally became a birth doula because my 3 births were incredibly traumatic and I never wanted another mom to feel alone and scared like I felt during those experiences. But having attended births since 2004, I have come to realize that birth is very different than what I originally thought. I've witnessed some of the most amazing births with the most empowered and inspiring moms. I've come to learn that birth happens best when a mom feels supported and seen, when she trusts her body and the process of birth. And I've seen how a birth affects families going into parenting - traumatized moms don't trust their instincts and look for parenting answers outside of themselves. Whereas moms who felt empowered throughout her birthing goes into parenting as a mamma polar bear - trusting in her instincts and protecting her littles ferociously. It is my heart's work to help mammas, and families, find their strength and empowerment, believe in themselves and their bodies capability to bring baby into the world, and to walk the journey with them, every step of the way.

Christine is a trained Labor and Postpartum Doula serving families in Carroll and the surrounding West Central Iowa communities. With a background in human services and psychology, she combines her academic expertise with her passion for pregnancy and birth to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. As a mother of four, Christine felt called to support women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum after her own transformative experiences. She offers in-person and virtual doula services, as well as childbirth education. Believing that fear has no place in childbirth, she emphasizes education, support, and safety to help women feel confident and empowered throughout their journey, whether planning a medicated or unmedicated birth!
