Hi I am Maria, and I came to doula work after working in childcare for 8 years. After spending time with parents who had relatively no postpartum care or support, I soon started my training to bridge that gap. I believe that the postpartum period is one of the most crucial stages of pregnancy. Many parents experience feelings of loneliness, confusion, and exhaustion and it is Maria’s top priority to help parents feel their best during your fourth trimester. Hi there! I'm Jill, and I'm an IBCLC and a holistic sleep specialist. I work with families to get to the root of their feeding and/or sleep challenges.
