About me

Founder of The Momager Co. Definition: Momager: /mAH-mUH-JeRR Noun: Somebody who Manages the needs of a new or soon to be parent supporting them through fertility, pregnancy, birth, parenthood and everything in between. Hello everyone. My name is Taja Iglesias but you can call me Tay. I am a full spectrum doula, doula trainer, lactation professional, placenta practitioner and soon-to-be midwife! My career supporting families in all capacities of parenthood led me to becoming the founder of The Momager Co. - a doula & parenting support agency. Experiencing disparities as an Afro-Latinx & LGBTQ parent and walking with many families going through similar challenges with little to no access to support led me to create The Momager Collective NonProfit - sister company to The Momager Co specifically serving low-income parents and families of underrepresented communities like the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Communities I am a part of. When it comes to caring for clients our Momagers provide bespoke care that tailored to your needs. We meet you where you are mentally and emotionally in order to best educate, prepare and support you for the journey to come. We're here for you and excited to be a part of your story!
