I offer telehealth, in-office and in-home breastfeeding education and lactation consultations beginning in the pre-natal period and continuing through weaning or lactation cessation.
Tamika was truly exceptional. From the moment we met, her warmth put me completely at ease. I was struggling with milk production after a traumatic delivery, and breastfeeding felt overwhelming. Tamika stepped in with genuine care—making time for me, even doing home visits, and guiding me every step of the way. She would email me notes on our visits with links to websites to help me better with my pumping and whatever else I needed. She was quick to respond to any queries I had about my new born even if it was not related to breastfeeding. She’s incredibly professional but also brings a friendly, comforting vibe that makes you feel supported and understood. She does this work out of love, and it shows in everything she does. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and committed. Her heart is truly in the right place. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her help. Highly, highly recommend!

Tamika provide in-home consultations for breast feeding. From latching to pumping, she was so knowledgeable on everything. She helped me sustain providing breast milk for my daughter for a much longer time than I thought I would be able to. She was timely, kind, knowledgeable, personable and friendly. For a postpartum experience, Tamika is who you want. She is encouraging, helpful and realistic. All important qualities needed when someone is adjusting to life with a newborn.

Tamika is AMAZING!! We were having a very hard time feeding. I had lacerations on both nipples and was in so much pain I cried during feedings. She came on short noticed and gave informed advice. She left me feeling confident on what to do next. We are very very grateful. Also, she has a calming energy that was great during such a low time.
