Hi! I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) an evidence-based therapy approach. I work with new and expectant parents and offer comprehensive support for parent mental health and burnout (keeping our sanity is important!) Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional psychologist can make things better. I am a parent of two children, and all too familiar with the challenges of stress management and dealing with daily chaos. I care about your well-being and provide you with empirically-supported tools that can help you learn how to tackle even the most difficult circumstances. In addition to parenting burnout, I also help clients with PMADs (postpartum anxiety and mood disorders), and issues related to conception, fertility, pregnancy, miscarriage and transitions to new parenthood. I offer psychotherapy which is typically provided once per week in 45-50 minute sessions. I specialize in CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) which is a good match for maternal and paternal mental health needs. My private practice is on the Upper West Side of NYC and I am currently seeing clients in person (if vaccinated) and via telehealth for clients who are NY residents. My rates are listed on my website and I offer all clients a professional invoice with codes to submit to insurance.
