Hello! My name is Bridgette, and I would love to be your doula! I began my journey as a birth doula with my training under the LEADoula program including class hours and practical hands-on birth support and am certified through DONA International. I have supported many families including first time parents to parents' multiple times over. I have assisted families with support during spontaneous vaginal birth, scheduled inductions, TOLAC/VBAC, planned and unplanned C-sections. I have assisted families with unmedicated and medicated births. I am also a Certified Postpartum Doula and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (IBCLC Student). Hey there! My name is Naomi Carrington. I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum doula, Breastfeeding Counselor and Childbirth Educator in Louisburg, serving the greater Raleigh Triangle area. I'm passionate about childbirth, mamas, and babies, and I've dedicated my life to helping families experience a birth and postpartum beyond their expectations. Birth does not have to be seen as a fearful thing, but something women were designed for. Living overseas has helped to shape who I am today and the services I offer. Over the past few years I have mainly attended home births which is my 'happy place'. But no matter where you plan to deliver, I guide my clients in preparing both their minds and bodies for labor and offer full informed support of their choices. A few things that I impart to families are: education, the importance of body balancing, whole food diet and mental preparedness. Knowledge is power and a big part of what I do. Over the years, I have attended over 85 births and taught several classes. In my free time you can find me reading, working out, enjoying an iced coffee, working in the garden, with our many animals or cooking in the kitchen. The Queen City Doulas Mother-Daughter Team Kaitlyn Foster, RN, PNP, is the heart and soul behind Queen City Doulas and her mother, Suzanne Wentworth, RN, MPH, is the inspiration. Kaitlyn learned much of what she knows from her. Kaitlyn spent countless hours learning from and working with her mother caring for postpartum women. Kaitlyn developed a deep understanding of postpartum care and breastfeeding support from a young age. Dear Trinity believes everyone who desires a birthing companion should have one regardless of affordability. We are equipped with the tools to support birthing people through the entire spectrum of life (Full Spectrum Doula/Birthworker) and have true hearts for the dedication of birth and 4th Trimester/Post-Partum care. Every family will have a tailored birthing experience with us and we are so glad to be considered to be apart of your journey. Currently 3 birth workers and a peer support specialist dedicated to the support of the non-birthing partner/person is within Dear Trinity. We have been in 13 counties across North Carolina as well as 1 in South Carolina and expanding to Maryland in the Spring of 2024.
