About Trinity

Hi, I’m Trinity, a birth doula in training with a genuine passion for supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported throughout their birth experience. My role is to provide compassionate, nonjudgmental emotional and physical support while helping families feel more confident and prepared for the choices they make along the way. As I work toward my birth doula certification, I’m gaining hands-on experience and continuing to learn about different birth preferences, comfort measures, advocacy, and the many ways I can support families during labor. Although I am not yet certified, I am committed to approaching every family with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to learn. It would be an honor to be part of such an important and transformative moment in your journey. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and cared for from pregnancy through birth.

Birth Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula

The Birth Doula Package includes two prenatal appointments, continuous labor and birth support, and one postpartum visit. During our prenatal meetings, we will discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, and prepare for your upcoming birth. I will be on call beginning at 38 weeks and provide in-person support throughout labor and delivery. After your baby arrives, we will meet for a postpartum visit to discuss your birth experience, answer questions, and support your transition into parenthood.

What to expect

My Birth Doula Package provides support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey. It includes two prenatal appointments to prepare for labor and discuss your birth preferences, continuous support during labor and birth, and one postpartum visit to check in on your recovery and adjustment to life with your newborn.
