When a mother wants it, I incorporate gentle body-based practices such as restorative breathing, movement, self-massage, abdominal and back care, grounding, and relaxation. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet each woman where she is and follow her needs, preferences, culture, and boundaries. My background in birth and postpartum care, combined with my experience as a mother and my love of learning, has shaped the way I work: deeply practical, deeply compassionate, and deeply human. I don't come into a home to tell parents how to do things. I come to help them feel held, capable, and less alone, while they find their own way. For me, doula work is not just a profession. It is a way of honoring the enormous work of becoming and being a mother.
