*Currently on maternity leave for the remainder of 2026* Birth and babies are my passions. I started the journey to becoming a birth doula shortly after having my second baby, Colton. My first and second births were completely night and day. My first baby, Caleb, was an incredibly long and strenuous labor; a total of 72 hours. With my second, however, I was only in labor for a total of 25 hours, which still is very long, but not by comparison. I owe a lot of that to my amazing birth team I had for my second birth, which included a midwife and doula support, and the education I gained throughout my pregnancy on how to prepare my body for birth. I believe in a holistic approach to birth. I don't think birth should be treated as a medical emergency until proven that it needs to be. Birth is a natural, beautiful thing, and while modern medicine absolutely has its place, I don't think it automatically belongs in every birth space. That said, I support every way to give birth, because in the end you're the only one in control. If you want an epidural, membrane sweep, Pitocin, all the drugs, I will absolutely support your decision. Or if you want to deny all cervical checks, do intermittent monitoring, and have your baby in the tub, that's great by me too! My priority as your doula would be to give you access to all the information you need to make well informed choices and give you the support you need to make your birth experience exactly what you want

We have reviewed your reviews., you go around making bad reviews because at a snap of a finger, one time visit we could not make due to an emergency induction for another mom. Out of 300 births, you are the only person who has ever tried to hurt my business the way you have. I personally feel that you have to heal in your postpartum that’s a priority to me versus my feelings at this point I have parted ways with you for more than one reason this is a public platform and I will not disclose any of your personal information. I did an absolutely fantastic job as doula , I did not ask you to write a review on this website, you made flaws claims and accusations about contracts. I have never made anyone sign. You made false claims about me not being communicative with you about a postpartum visit. You made false claims in regards to my professional professionalism. I helped watch your sweet baby boy while you were able to have a successful delivery. I have treated your family with absolute respect. But one thing I will not tolerate about my business as false accusation.. I will not move forward with any type of care in the future, and we have parted ways.

Having Lori as my doula completely changed my labor experience. I had 2 kids prior to finding Lori and she took care of me in every way possible. She made sure to understand my wants and needs before the big day came. She taught me some breathing techniques and how to relax the body. She was very detailed in her lessons, extremely sweet and caring. She treated my family as her own. When the big day came, Lori made sure that not only I was taken care of but my husband as well. I describe my labor experience as a day at the spa. We had music, dimmed lights, massages with essential oils and snacks. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time as well as my husband. She allowed my husband and I to experience the beauty of bringing a child into this world without all the stress of making sure my decisions with my labor was being honored. She not only held the doctors and nurses accountable but she did the same to me with having my child naturally. She brought scripture to me that my husband would read to me which gave me the strength to get through it even when it was too hard and I wanted to give up. Even after the baby was here, lori made sure I was taken care of. She came to my home, allowed me to rest and helped with my daily routine so nothing fell through the cracks. She truly took care of me and my family. I will definitely use Lori again as my doula.

Annie is the best! I was scheduled for a vaginal delivery and was looking for a knowledgeable doula that could provide support and guidance. This was my first delivery and I was very scared. Annie helped to appease my concerns and was very professional. We met to discuss my goals. She was very attentive and would consistently check-in on me before the delivery. She was readibly available when I would message her. On the day of the delivery, she stayed by my side. No complaints and always willing to help. She maintained a good balance of still letting my partner feel that he could support me. She was couteous to the medical staff and asked insighful questions. Although my delivery ended up in a C-section, I am glad that we hired her. I would hands down recommend her to anyone, especialy if this is your first birthing experience.

Asking Lindsay to be our Doula and specifically assist with postpartum care is the best decision we could have made as parents. Our second born was much more challenging than our first and loved to scream all hours of the day.
