I am currently a postpartum nurse and mother of four young girls. After nursing school at Ohio State I commissioned as a Navy Nurse. While in the Navy I worked on many units from Pediatrics, ER, NICU, postpartum, adolescent psych, and general med-surg. I found a passion for Peds/NICU and postpartum because I grew to love teaching and empowering parents to feel confident in their roles. I have loved all four of my non-medicated birthing and postpartum experiences. Outside of work I am a full-time mom, currently homeschooling my oldest daughter (6yo). As a family we are passionate about our Christian faith, very involved in our local church, and we love to spend time outside adventuring.

My calling to birth work began after the home birth of my first baby in 2021. Although it wasn’t the right season to dive in at that time, everything shifted in 2023 when the Lord led me into the field of Nursing. I asked the Lord if it was finally my time, and since then He has guided my steps so clearly and purposefully.
