I am married to my best friend, Collin Francis and we just had the most perfect baby girl, Saylor Grace Francis, born at home on July 31st, 2022. Our hearts are so full! I was a nanny for few years while in school. I not have my Bachelors of Science in Nurisng. I since then had the privilege of working with women in prenatal, birth and postpartum care. I’m currently a ProDoula Certified Labor Doula (CD-L) + A Dona International Certified Doula (CD). I am also a Certified Fertility Doula (CFD), Reproductive Health Specialist (RHS), Postpartum Doula (PPD), Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), and Infant Feeding Specialist (IFS). I know it’s a mouthful but it was all totally worth it. ​ I support unmedicated and medicated births and believe they are both outstandingly beautiful. I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ families. I am obsessed with multiples as a result of my younger twin siblings, Claire and Cooper. Thankfully, my obsession has led me to experience some amazing twin and triplet births (vaginal and cesarean). I also fully support and love those who birth their babies from their bellies. I am a certified Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula. As the first Fertility Doula in Charlotte, NC, I know just how much support surrounding fertility complications and infertility is needed in our community. I was introduced to essential oils in 2014, and every day since then has been a family journey to more natural patterns of health and wellness. I have seen and experienced success time after time using the oils throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and with a newborn.
