I am planning a water birth at home! I have the support I need for everything except the actual birth! I need somebody who knows what they’re doing as I am a first time mom and want to avoid the hospital unless absolutely necessary. If the hospital becomes necessary, I would like you to join me there until birthing is completed to advocate that I want an extremely hands-off birth, if at a hospital. As I said, I just need somebody who knows how to help me through giving birth for the first time in my home.

I would like to give birth at the Sturgeon Hospital in St. Albert. I would love to have a hands free birth with support by me but I want my body to be in complete control. We don’t have much money to work with, we just want the best care while at the hospital delivering. My original plan was to have a midwife in the hospital with me so that it’s just me, my husband, and the midwife in the moment but it is so hard to find a midwife. I would prefer someone with lots of years of experience, this is our first baby and we are nervous but very excited but as I said before we just want the smoothest, calmest, and best care!

Planning to give birth in bonnyville Alberta. I would love to have an unmedicated birth if everything allows. In my birth plan I do have the flexibility and open mind of doing what my body needs at the time. I would love to have a doula or midwife just for some guidance around the unmediated birth.

I am needing a doula or a midwife. I have my first apt with a OBYGN but I believe I would like to go natural *no epidural* for the first time. I am a Nigerian looking to give birth in red deer canada, I need a doula that can work this process with me, I will be paying out of pocket and I have no idea of what the budget should be like, I would like a home/birthing center birth of my medical records allow it. It has always been a dream of mine to have a water birth, I have had one emergency C-section and one scheduled C-section so this will be a VBAC. We do not have an estimated budget. Funds are not a problem. I would like to have a water birth at a birthing centre or the hospital. I would like my husband be beside me 24 seven and coaching me along.. I do not want to cut the umbilical cord right away. I’d like light music and the ability to get up and walk around whenever needed. Just an overall calming atmosphere. As my last two deliveries were not that.

Looking for support for my labour and delivery. Someone who can accommodate my needs and coach/assist me through this. Maybe laughing gas if pain is really bad. -Absolutely no being induced -Natural water rupture. -No membrane sweep. -Privacy minimal staff in room no students.(having students learn while in labour made me stressed and feel uneasy) -Intermittent monitoring not continuously monitoring. -Delay cord clamping 7-15 min. Cord is white -Are cervix checks necessary? Only checked if requested by me -Do I have to stay in hospital if I had no interventions? -Naturally birth placenta, no pitocin or cord traction. -Wait for my body to push on its own no forced pushing. -No fundal massage unless there excessive bleeding. -Vitamin k drops not injected.
