Service introduction

Prenatally - Breastfeeding education, birth prep exercised, birth planning, postpartum planning, relaxation techniques, herbal teas. At birth - Aromatherapy, massage, birth plan and continuous labor support. Post partum - check ins to support mental health and breastfeeding. Customized plans. In-home plant-based food prep and herbal teas. Also newborn care guidance, nutrition, baby wearing, pumping and back to work planning.

To be used in the first 6 weeks - 4 day time visits to assist with household chores, Feeding/breastfeeding support, newborn care so mom can rest. Mental health, babywearing, belly binding and more.

I'm not vegan, will you still meal prep for me?

The answer is YES - I will make plant-based meals that you can add your desired protein to, however the meals are complete in themselves and support postpartum nutrition and healing.
