Even simple things like having a warm meal ready or a moment to sit and breathe can feel hard to come by and that stayed with me. Now, I prepare nourishing meals ahead of time and bring them ready for you, so you don’t have to think about what to eat while you’re recovering. While you take that time to eat or rest, I take care of the kitchen, laundry, and the small day to day things that can quickly build up, so your space feels steady and cared for. I’m especially drawn to this stage of life because it’s both beautiful and demanding, and I value being able to support families in a way that feels calm, practical, and genuinely helpful.

Hello everyone! My name is Lauren and I am a registered nurse and mom of two. I currently am a stay at home mom with my two beautiful children. Before becoming a mother, I worked as a nurse for seven years in several different fields, and most recently, my last placement I enjoyed working as a labor and delivery nurse. I found it very rewarding assisting mothers on the postpartum unit, helping parents to feel confident in caring for their precious newborns. As a nurse, and a mom of two, I recognize how challenging it can be to be your best self when you are lacking a good night's sleep. I’d love to be of assistance to a family who needs someone they can trust wholeheartedly with their baby and foster a judgement free zone in this season of life.
