About me

My name is Caroline and I am a certified birth doula serving Lakeland, Florida. I am passionate about providing calm, compassionate, inclusive support to pregnant people before, during, and after birth by providing information and resources, as well as emotional and physical support. My goals are to help you seek out evidence based information, preparing you to be an empowered decision maker; offer encouragement to advocate for yourself, no matter what type of birth you choose; utilize different tools and resources to support you physically in labor; and lastly, but most importantly, hold space for you. I believe in collaboration with my local birth community to best support my clients by having access to referrals, recommendations, and additional resources. A little about me: I am married to my high school sweetheart and we welcomed our first baby girl to our family in 2023. When I am not at births, I am working at the Montessori School as a part time sub, caring for my daughter, or enjoying quality time with my family.

Service introduction

I offer support before, during, and after birth. My clients have complete access to me via phone and text leading up to their birth, continuous support during birth beginning and active labor, and at least one postpartum visit following birth. I am on call for my clients beginning at 38 weeks and am available 24/7 during this time.
